Design Philosophy Design Phase: The client needs guidance at the design stage to make valued decisions based upon the cost implications of their ideas.
Construction Phase: Since the designer and the builder are the same person, the client has the comfort of knowing all the ideas in the design phases will be accomplished in the construction phase without miscommunications and cost overruns.
Studio 4 Inc. is licensed by the State Board of Contractors in the State of Louisiana, and is a member of the St. Tammany Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.

Rudy Lightell brings an exceptional background to Studio 4 Inc.
As a graduate from the School of Architecture of Louisiana State University with a Bachelors degree, he has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. For the first 13 years he practiced architecture with notable firms in the Metro area, where he has designed and overseen construction of several multi-million dollar projects.
After designing and constructing his personal home in 1992, he saw the pitfalls of the traditional approach of hiring a designer and then seeking a builder to construct.
Utilizing his extensive experience in design and construction, he decided to combined these services (design-build), offering his clients a direct relationship with the designer and builder as one person. Working together as a team with his clients, he helps them to make their dream home a reality. |
